This conference is the fourth in the row of Application of Mathematics conferences organized by the Institute of Mathematics of the Czech Academy of Sciences in Prague. It continues the tradition of meetings focused on a wide variety of applications of mathematics, including computational mathematics and mechanics, numerical analysis, and mathematical physics. On top of these traditional topics, there will be a special session devoted to eigenvalue problems, their efficient and reliable numerical solution, and guaranteed bounds on eigenvalues.

Registration:
No conference fee is required. In order to register, please, send an e-mail message containing your name and affiliation to the address below by June 15, 2018. If you wish to present a talk (approximately 20–30 min.) include its tentative title. Since the number of participants is limited to approximately 60, early registration is strongly recommended.

Accommodation:
There is a variety of possibilities in the vicinity of the venue. We have positive experience with Residence V Tunich and Pension Alabastr. However, there are many other options within a 5 minute walk: Hotel Andante, Archibald City Hotel, Hotel Amarilis, Hotel First Republic Prague, etc.
